Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tiny Systems platform ("Service"), operated by Tiny Systems Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tiny Systems provides a visual workflow automation platform that allows users to build, deploy, and manage workflows using reusable components. The Service includes the web platform, desktop client, open-source SDK, and related documentation.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Mine cryptocurrency or perform computationally abusive operations

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Tiny Systems Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. The open-source components of Tiny Systems are licensed under their respective open-source licenses as specified in each repository.

6. User Content and Workflows

You retain ownership of all workflows, configurations, and data you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your User Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

7. Kubernetes Clusters

You are responsible for the Kubernetes clusters you connect to the Service, including their security, configuration, and associated costs. We are not liable for any charges, data loss, or issues arising from your cluster infrastructure.

8. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. The free Community plan may be subject to usage limits.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Systems Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period after termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
